I bought this Delta Replacement Ceramic Stem Unit, Seat with O-Ring, and Spring as a New Year present for my daughter. It is as described online. Valve looks good even though I feel it is too expensive. Should come with better packaging for the price.

Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.

I recently bought a Valvethat didn't match the web description; Wayfair imediately provided a shipping label and the shipping cost for the return was minimal. Many places charge so much to return a Valve that in the past I kept the item instead of returning it.

These Valve is simply the most perfect gift you can get for one and only in your life. Perfect gift for any lady. My husband bought this for me as a New Year present. I love color and quality. It is well and receives many compliments.

Last purchase was a new Valve. Another perfect delivery and excellent product. Not only was the price incredible, but the product was something I couldn't find locally. Excellent service. One of the items received was incorrect and an email to Wayfair resulted in the correct item being shipped overnight and they told me to donate the wrong item. Then, another Valve for my house and household items. I order a Valve on Black Friday from Wayfair. I just got a call from the delivery service located in my city with not only an update it had arrived but could deliver it the next day. Total of two weeks with proper communication from the company and the delivery service. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I thought the customer service was amazing! Got on the phone with a rep immediately and she was super kind and helpful. I needed to buy a Valve but I had three visa gift cards I wanted to use toward it. When I received it I was so excited by the beauty of it. So simple but very personal. I am very impressed with him. It could have done better to fit the elegance of the Valve.

Ordered new Valve. Great sale prices. Beautiful furniture and I've gotten lots of compliments. The Valve originally came damaged. I called Wayfair while delivery guys were still there. They ordered a replacement and told me to keep the damaged one until the new one came. New one was delivered about 2-3 weeks later in perfect condition. Sometimes, people have to realize Wayfair is a fulfillment house--you place the order, they place it with the manufacturer and it is shipped from there.

I want these Delta Replacement Ceramic Stem Unit, Seat with O-Ring, and Spring's are every color! The fit is perfect and true to its size. I love this furniture! Perfect for everyone as well as one night. Very good product. Cool The material is too good. I can buy it in another color too.

These Valves are so large and delicate. Is very pretty. I bought one for myself and my friend. I would definitely recommend this product if you are in the market for a cute Valve. Great gift for any age! Looks a bit cheap, but still very cute!

When I saw this furniture, I immediately thought that it's meant for me. My dear loved it so much.

I initially ordered two barstools but for some reason there was miscommunication between csr/dispatching department and the warehouse (I assume). Long story short, they end up shipping the other one and gifting me a free one for my inconvenience! Like basically a $150 gift! My bad day turned into a blessing! Thanks Wayfair

I LOVE THIS Valve! It is super cute and stylish and functional. I gave it five stars because I love the style and the look, I really hope the company can redesign with more substantial material. If not someone will beat them to it I am sure. Style is great.
